Excellent service, hospitality, and food! We visited BOTD for the 2026 Rt16 Rally and Music Festival. Over the weekend, we had a meals at the BOTD. The Pizza is DELICIOUS! Our favorite memories were getting to know Tag, Beth and Larry, and a few other riders we met. Stories shared, and new friends made! The Rally itself was such a great experience and well done! The music was excellent, and we enjoyed the professional stunt riders. We hadn't driven the Back of the Dragon, and enjoyed the ride! Thank you so much!

This establishment is an amazing tourism location, nestled in the heart of Appalachia mountains. Taswell is a wonderful little town on the back of the dragon route and is an outstanding addition to the town. The crowds it brings in are an amazing example of the diverse transportation community between vehicles and motorcycles alike.

This place is unique and a must see for bikers and motorcycle enthusiasts. Located at the North end of "The Back of the Dragon" (Rt. 16) in Tazewell ,VA. We stopped by because it looked cool. Originally started in a shack in 2006, and now a large beer, clothing, and live entertainment venue. Pizza is their best selling food item, but the coolest part is that they give you an electronic bracelet that measures your "self serve" draught beer consumption at 50 cents an ounce for the draught beer of your choice, no minimum required. There are about a dozen draught beer choices. Great novel way of serving beer. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very different, clean, and a bright, clean, new building.
